Customer Rewards Program
Simple setup: choose how customers earn points and what those points are worth.
How Customers Earn Points
Set exactly how many dollars spent earns how many points.
The birthday discount is applied before sales tax and is marked used only after a completed sale. Rotate or use Back Office to edit these settings.
What Points Are Worth
Choose either a dollar discount or a percentage discount.
Set to 0 for no limit. Example: if 100 points = $5 and this is 2, a customer can use up to 200 points / $10 on one order.

External Card Fee

The normal cart Total Due remains the cash/base total. When External Card is selected, the confirmation shows the fee and final card amount before the cashier completes the sale.
Pop-Up Events
Create one shared event, then set up one or more event registers. Each event register uses inventory from one selected SmokeCloud location.
Create New Event
Creates the shared event only. You choose the register and its inventory immediately after.
Selected employees can use their normal PIN on any register joined to this event.
Set Up / Join Event Register
Every sale made while this event register is selected removes inventory only from this location.

Join an existing event from another register or create another register using a different store's inventory.

SmokeCloud can verify saved profiles, test printing, listen for scanner input and inspect browser-authorized USB/HID devices. Installed-driver printers are verified with a physical test print because browsers cannot silently enumerate every system printer. Optional local bridge mode can provide deeper direct control.

Register Closing Questions
